Hyper Skill is a idea of Beltrami Giulio (www.gbeltrami.it),  implemented by himself, with the sponsorship of AICA www.aicanet.it about the:

• Adoption of the EUCIP www.eucip.org  Skill Syllabus Model, for the "general purpose" Hyper Skill modelling.  
• Experimentation of a sample of  EUCIP Syllabus, to tests and evalue the Hyper Skill features and performances.
